工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)室(二)實(shí)訓(xùn)室簡(jiǎn)介
本實(shí)訓(xùn)室主要承擔(dān)工業(yè)機(jī)器人、電氣自動(dòng)化及機(jī)電等專業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)課程的課內(nèi)實(shí)踐實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)任務(wù)。實(shí)訓(xùn)室的教學(xué)以教學(xué)大綱和校系實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)計(jì)劃為依據(jù),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行教學(xué)計(jì)劃教學(xué)規(guī)章制度。并根據(jù)學(xué)科、課程、課時(shí)、設(shè)備、師生等具體情況,科學(xué)安排教學(xué)計(jì)劃,按各專業(yè)的不同要求,開(kāi)設(shè)不同的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目共12項(xiàng),包括機(jī)器人的手動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)訓(xùn)、機(jī)器人快換工具實(shí)訓(xùn)、電路板元件裝配等實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)室注重教研結(jié)合,在保質(zhì)保量完成教學(xué)任務(wù)情況下,根據(jù)教研活動(dòng)需要向校內(nèi)外開(kāi)放,并安排一定比例的設(shè)計(jì)性、綜合性實(shí)驗(yàn),提高教師和學(xué)生分析、解決問(wèn)題的能力和創(chuàng)新能力,加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的社會(huì)化程度和校際協(xié)作效應(yīng)。

1、科瑞特RBt3080 工業(yè)機(jī)器人實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái)10臺(tái);
2、計(jì)算機(jī)11臺(tái);
主要實(shí)訓(xùn)任務(wù):
主要承擔(dān)《工業(yè)機(jī)器人現(xiàn)場(chǎng)編程》、《工業(yè)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用技術(shù)》、《工業(yè)機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)集成》等課程的實(shí)驗(yàn)、教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)和科研工作。該實(shí)訓(xùn)室為學(xué)生提供良好的配套儀器,供同學(xué)們完成各種實(shí)訓(xùn)任務(wù),從而使學(xué)生更好地掌握所學(xué)知識(shí),達(dá)到實(shí)踐和理論相結(jié)合的目的。

Industrial robot Technology Room(Ⅱ) brief introduction
This training room is mainly responsible for in-class practical teaching tasks of industrial robot, electrical automation and mechanical and electrical majors. The teaching in the training room is based on the teaching syllabus and the experimental teaching plan of the school department, and the teaching rules and regulations of the teaching plan are strictly implemented. According to the specific conditions of disciplines, courses, periods, equipment, teachers and students, the teaching plan is arranged scientifically. According to the different requirements of different majors, a total of 12 different experimental projects are set up, including robot manual movement training, robot quick tool changing training, circuit board component assembly and other experiments. The laboratory pays attention to the combination of teaching and research, and completes teaching tasks with quality and quantity. According to the needs of teaching and research activities, it is open to both inside and outside the school, and a certain proportion of design and comprehensive experiments are arranged to improve the ability of teachers and students to analyze and solve problems and innovate, and strengthen the degree of socialization of the laboratory and the effect of inter-school collaboration.

Main practical training tasks:
Mainly responsible for the experiment, teaching practice and scientific research of Industrial Robot Field Programming, Industrial Robot Application Technology, Industrial Robot System Integration and other courses. The training room provides students with good supporting instruments for students to complete a variety of practical training tasks, so that students better grasp the knowledge, to achieve the purpose of combining practice and theory.
