《可編程技術實訓室》簡介
一、實訓室主要設備
可編程技術實訓室設備主要為32臺西門子S7-200PLC實訓平臺,該平臺主要由西門子S7-200 PLC及其各種負載模塊和現場模擬模塊、變頻器模塊等組成。
二、實訓項目
開設的實訓項目主要有機械手運動實訓、交通燈控制實訓、四節傳送帶控制實訓、音樂噴泉控制實訓、自動往返控制實訓、電動機星三角起動實訓、電機變頻控制等實訓項目。
三、實訓室功能
培養學生的工程實踐能力,提高學生的實踐知識綜合應用等能力。培養學生運用相關指令進行編程、安裝、調試等方面的方法;培養應用PLC進行系統程序設計和維護的能力;了解PLC的基本工作原理、特點及應用,了解變頻控制技術等專業技術的應用,并能利用PLC實現簡單的運動控制,為今后從事PLC技術工作打下扎實基礎。

1. Main equipment of training room
The programmable technology training room is mainly equipped with 32 sets of Siemens S7-200PLC training platform, which is mainly composed of Siemens S7-200PLC, various load modules, field simulation modules, frequency converter modules and so on.
2. Practical training projects
The training projects mainly include manipulator motion training, traffic light control training, four-section conveyor belt control training, music fountain control training, automatic round-trip control training, motor star triangle starting training, motor frequency conversion control and other practical training projects.
3. Function of training room
Cultivate students' engineering practice ability and improve students' comprehensive application ability of practical knowledge. Train students to use relevant instructions for programming, installation, debugging and other aspects of the method; Cultivate the ability of system programming and maintenance with PLC; Understand the basic working principle, characteristics and application of PLC, understand the application of frequency conversion control technology and other professional technology, and can use PLC to achieve simple motion control, for the future to engage in PLC technical work to lay a solid foundation.
