《博世PLC與氣動(dòng)實(shí)訓(xùn)室》簡(jiǎn)介
博世PLC與氣動(dòng)實(shí)訓(xùn)室是產(chǎn)教融合背景下我校與博世汽車部件(長(zhǎng)沙)有限公司的校企共建項(xiàng)目。實(shí)訓(xùn)室占地面積約95平方米,實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備包括有PLC與氣動(dòng)實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái)、氣泵、氣動(dòng)換向閥、氣缸等氣動(dòng)元件,可供完成貨板提升推出裝置氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、PLC控制雙缸順序動(dòng)作氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、PLC控制家具試驗(yàn)機(jī)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、板材切斷裝置氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、標(biāo)簽粘貼設(shè)備氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、塑料軟管熔接氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、圓柱塞分送裝置氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)、拉門自動(dòng)延時(shí)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)裝調(diào)等多個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。可滿足機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)、電氣自動(dòng)化技術(shù)、工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)等多個(gè)專業(yè)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行《液壓與氣動(dòng)技術(shù)》、《可編程控制技術(shù)與應(yīng)用》、《畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)》等課程的技能實(shí)訓(xùn)。
Introduction to Bosch PLC and Pneumatic Training Room
The Bosch PLC and Pneumatic Training Room is a joint project between our school and Bosch Automotive Parts (Changsha) Co., Ltd. Under the background of integration of industry and education. The training room covers an area of about 95 square meters. The training equipment includes PLC and pneumatic training platform, air pump, pneumatic reversing valve, cylinder and other pneumatic components. Multiple training projects can be completed, including the installation and adjustment of pallet lifting and pushing device, PLC control two-cylinder sequential action pneumatic system installation and adjustment, PLC control furniture testing machine pneumatic system installation and adjustment, plate cutting device pneumatic system installation and adjustment, label paste equipment pneumatic system installation and adjustment, plastic hose welding pneumatic system installation and adjustment, cylinder plug distribution device pneumatic system installation and adjustment, automatic sliding door delay pneumatic system installation and adjustment,and so on. It can meet the requirements of "Hydraulic and pneumatic technology", "Programmable Control Technology and application", "graduation design" and other courses for students majoring in mechanical and electrical integration technology, electrical automation technology, industrial robot technology.
