機(jī)電設(shè)備拆裝實(shí)訓(xùn)室
一、實(shí)訓(xùn)室概況
機(jī)電設(shè)備拆裝實(shí)訓(xùn)室約120平方米，共有48個(gè)工位，配置鉗工裝配平臺(tái)、機(jī)械系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)意組合設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)訓(xùn)臺(tái)、三維機(jī)械手、四沖程汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、典型液壓元件、臺(tái)式鉆床及相應(yīng)的手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)工具和測(cè)繪工具。可承擔(dān)機(jī)械手拆裝、液壓元件拆裝、典型機(jī)械部件拆裝、機(jī)械系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)意組合設(shè)計(jì)等實(shí)訓(xùn)任務(wù)，可以滿(mǎn)足機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)、工業(yè)機(jī)器人技術(shù)等專(zhuān)業(yè)開(kāi)設(shè)的《機(jī)械裝配工藝》、《機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)》、《機(jī)械制圖與測(cè)繪》等項(xiàng)目課程實(shí)施。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)機(jī)電設(shè)備的拆裝、測(cè)繪和設(shè)計(jì)能力，提高教師和學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力、設(shè)計(jì)能力和綜合運(yùn)用能分析。

Electromechanical Equipment Disassembly and Assembly Training Room
一、 Overview of Training Room
Electromechanical equipment disassembly and assembly training room covers an area of 120 square meters and has 48 workstations, equipped with fitter assembly platform, mechanical system creative combination design training platform, three-dimensional manipulator, four-stroke gasoline engine, typical hydraulic components, bench drilling machine and the corresponding manual, electric tools and mapping tools. It can undertake practical training tasks such as manipulator disassembly and assembly, hydraulic component disassembly and assembly, typical mechanical component disassembly and assembly, mechanical system creative combination design, etc. It can meet the requirements of "Mechanical assembly Process", "Mechanical Basis", "Mechanical Drawing and Mapping" and other project courses of mechatronic integration technology, industrial robot technology and other majors. Cultivate students' ability of disassembly and assembly, mapping and designing of electromechanical equipment, improve both teachers' and students' practical ability, design ability and comprehensive application analysis ability.
